The laminators are equipped with de-curl bars
ensuring that the sheets remain completely flat.
The sheets are immediately prepared for further processing. After lamination, there are three feeding edges free (without film) on the sheet. This is very important for jogging/tapping down before final cutting and trimming on the guillotine.

The FOLIANT laminating line is ready to laminate in 5 minutes. Once the machine is turned off, simply release the pressure rollers and there is no clearing required , with the exception of routine maintenance. The machines are constructed as desktop machines with a single-phase network power of 220 – 230V, 50 – 60 Hz, breaker max. 16A. Compressed air is not required, even for the automatic feeder.
The laminator has continuous control of  the  temperature
  

and digital measuring display and a variable speed control for optimum performance. The control processor also records the total processed amount of film and the quantity of laminated sheets and enables automatic control of speed and temperature. The processor also enables the standby mode by switching to idle. In the fully automated line which contains feeder – laminator – separator, the sensors monitor all important operations of the machine and when an error occurs, the line stops automatically.

In the standard design, the machine is fitted with equipment for slitting the width of the laminating film on the roll quickly and easily to the actual dimensions of the laminated sheets, i.e. by trimming the film in the course of lamination.
