The low volume orders laminating machine FOLIANT
520T with the operating width of 520 mm, represent an ideal choice
for single side lamination in small printing shops, printing and
processing sheets up to B2 size (the largest format is 52 x 74 cm).
The machines are also useful for lamination of B3 size offset or
digital print (35 x 50 cm).

1. The
Manual Machine
FOLIANT 520T laminating unit, manual loading, manual separation,
maximum operating speed 7 m per minute. The main laminating roller
is coated by silicone rubber. The machine requires a minimum floor
space of 90 x 80 cm. Laminating unit FOLIANT 520T can be supplied
with a MS520 Modular Stand. Any time later the machine may be upgraded
by FOLIANT separator 520.
2. The Semiautomatic
Laminating Line
The semi-automatic lamination line FOLIANT 520TS consists of the
laminating unit FOLIANT 520T and the automatic FOLIANT Separator
520. Manual feeding, automatic separation, maximum operating speed
7 m per minute. An MS520S Modular Stand and RU520 Reception Unit
for storage of laminated sheets are supplied as optional accessories.
The machine requires a minimum floor space of 100 x 250 cm including
the reception unit. The semiautomatic laminating line can not be
upgraded with the feeder.
3. The Automatic
Laminating Line
The automatic laminating line FOLIANT 520TA consists of the FOLIANT
520TA laminating unit, the automatic FOLIANT Separator 520 and the
FOLIANT Feeder 520 automatic sheet feeder. Automatic sheet feeder,
automatic separation, maximum operating speed 7 m per minute. A
Modular Stand and RU520 Reception Unit for storage of laminated
sheets are supplied as standard accessories. The machine requires
a minimum floor space of 100 x 350 cm.
