Foliant, Laminating Machine, Digital Print Laminating

The basic class of On Demand Foliant laminating machines is based on the simple Foliant 400T laminator with working speed up to 7 metres per minute. The machine is also available as FOLIANT 400S semi-automatic line with a separator. Third machine is FOLIANT 400A fully automatic line with maximum speed up to 12 metres per minute. All these machine varieties are suitable for laminating offset printed B3 size sheets or laminating printouts from digital printing machines (Indigo, Nexpress, KBA etc). The maximum size of the laminated sheet can reach up to 380 x 580 mm.

1. The Manual Machine
We can offer FOLIANT 400T laminating machine, designed with manual feeding and with manual separation of the

laminated sheets. Feeding utilises a feeding table withtransport belts and separation uses a film perforating wheel, the machine is easy to operate and in case of standard job orders would allow a maximum operating capacity of up to 840 pieces of B3 size sheets per hour. Laminating unit FOLIANT 400T can be supplied with a MS400 Modular Stand. The machine requires a minimum floor space of 74 x 117 cm.

2. The Semiautomatic Laminating Line
The same machine could be delivered as FOLIANT 400S semi-automatic laminating line, designed with manual feeding, but equipped with an automatic separator for the laminated sheets. The maximum operating capacity is again 840 pieces of B3 size sheets per hour. The automatic separator splits the individual sheets and delivers them into the reception unit. This machine is supplied with a modular stand and with a reception unit for storage of laminated sheets as standard. The machine requires a minimum floor space of 74 x 220 cm.

3. The Fully Automatic Laminating Line
Productive model FOLIANT 400A is a fully automatic laminating line with an automatic feeder and sheets separator. The automaic sheet feeder increasese the machine´s output up to maximum of 1400 B3 sheets per hour, and it is equipped with a deep pile feeder designed to accommodate a supply of paper up to 15 cm high. The fully automatic machine FOLIANT 400A is supplied with a modular stand and with a reception unit for storage of laminated sheets as standard. The machine requires a minimum floor space of 74 x 280 cm.
